Half Moon is pleased to provide a new Golf Guest Instructor Series, offering the best in golf instruction with notable golfers such as David Leadbetter, Nick Starchuck, Gary Gilchrist and Mike Manavian, along with the return of James Ridyard. This series will feature a variety of options for both beginners and seasoned golfers alike. Whether you are just getting started in this great game or you are trying to lower your handicap to a new level, we have the experience and capability to assist you in attaining your goals.

ABOUT NICK STARCHUK
For more than 25 years, Nick Starchuk has been dedicated to helping golfers improve through a deeper understanding of the game.
A lifelong student of golf instruction, Starchuk continually seeks knowledge from leading coaches, trainers, medical professionals, and players to provide a well-rounded approach to development.
His career has included roles at Glen Abbey Golf Club, Mississaugua Golf & Country Club as Head Teaching Professional, and most recently as Director of Instruction at The National Golf Club of Canada. He also founded and operated Canada's #1 Golf School at Turnberry Golf Club, which enters a new chapter in 2025 at its new home.
Starchuk was recognized as the 2013 Ontario PGA Teacher of the Year and has earned additional honours as a finalist in multiple teaching categories.

ABOUT TOM STICKNEY
Currently with Jonathan's Landing and with over 30 years of full-time teaching experience, Tom has served at prestigious private clubs and resorts including Bighorn Golf Club (CA), The Club at Cordillera (CO), Castle Pines Golf Club (CO), Promontory Club (UT), Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort (FL), and most recently, The Four Seasons Punta Mita (Mexico).
Tom is a Golf Magazine “Top 100 Teacher” Alumni, a Golf Digest “Top 75 International Teacher,” and a multi-year recipient of accolades such as Golf Digest’s “Best Teachers in State” and Golf Tips’ “Top 25 Instructor.”
His teaching philosophy blends physiology, biomechanics, and individual goals, offering customized lessons featuring TPI screenings, 3D motion capture, video, and Trackman ball-flight analysis. Tom ensures every student’s unique physical capabilities and skill level guide the experience—never a one-size-fits-all approach.

Brian Mogg is a distinguished coach with more than 30 years of experience and a proven track record of success at the game’s highest levels. A former PGA Tour player, Brian has coached over 30 professionals to victories on the PGA, LPGA, Champions, and Korn Ferry Tours.
He is consistently ranked among the Golf Magazine “Top 100 Teachers in America” and the Golf Digest “Best Teachers in Your State.” Brian founded the Mogg Performance Center, with locations across the United States and internationally, offering elite instruction to professionals, competitive amateurs, and serious recreational players.
