It is easy to have a meeting or event in Jamaica, and Half Moon offers all the standard services, and a lot more, to make any group trip hassle-free.
Airport Transportation
Half Moon is just 15 minutes from Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, which is served by numerous direct flights from key cities in the U.S., Canada, Europe and the Caribbean. Round trip bus and private car transfers can be arranged with our official Destination Management Company, Jamaica Tours Limited.
Audio Visual Equipment
We have a full-service A/V production house on-site to help you with your audio/visual needs. Half Moon is not responsible for loss or damage to any meeting facility/exhibit area and its contents. Security services can be arranged.
Business Centre
Typing, photocopying, faxing and personal computer systems are available on request.
Shipping Packages
If sending materials ahead of your conference, please note that you should apply to the Jamaica Tourist Board for a Duty Waiver to avoid paying customs duties. Please ensure boxes are labelled as follows: ATTN: (Your Hotel Contact, hotel name and address) Hold for Arrival: (Your name, name of group and your date of arrival).
Food & Beverage
Our Food & Beverage Department’s team will ensure complete arrangements for a total banquet experience. They will work with you to satisfy your most discerning guests, giving them a one-of-a-kind. Plus, our in-house design team is able to create dramatic designs to the exact specifications you desire.
Menu Selection
We have provided menus based on the type of events, however, should you require a special menu or a variation to the existing, our Executive Chef will come up with some suggestions.
Music & Entertainment
A variety of bands, recorded music, cultural shows as well solo entertainers can be provided.
Floral Arrangements
From our on-site flower boutique a wide array of attractive floral arrangements can be ordered to enhance your meeting and/ or banquet. We offer floral arches, latticework floral backdrops, standing arrangements and table centrepieces.
