Experience the luxury of our sustainable farming practices, and join us as we welcome our once resident, now guest chef, Daniel East back to Half Moon. We invite you to join us for a weekend of specially curated events, in the spirit of our opening in 1954.

  • Welcome to Half Moon Cocktails hosted by Shernette Crichton, general manager, and the Half Moon executives. 6:00 - 7:00 pm
  • Scotty's at Sunrise A one-of-a-kind culinary show and taste with Half Moon’s jerk master, Chef Scotty. 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm | $100

  • An Invitation to Explore Day at leisure to enjoy the amenities of Half Moon
  • Cacao & Rum First look at the Half Moon signature chocolate and rum, an exclusive experience in partnership with the agriculturally sustainable efforts of Worthy Park and Pure Chocolate. 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm | $60
  • The Sugar Mill Welcomes Daniel East featuring Daniel East, who will take over our award-winning Sugar Mill. 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm | $140 (tasting menu), $180 (tasting menu paired with cocktails)

  • Sunday Brunch is a beautiful brunch next to the Caribbean Sea at Hayward's, conceptualized by Half Moon's rising star, Shakeme. 12:00 - 3:00 pm | $65

  • Garden to Plate A unique culinary experience where our guest chef, Daniel East, curates a light and fresh menu using nature's bounty from our garden, paired with the herb selection of visiting and award-winning mixologist, Wynton Hudson.
