A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. The number of vouchers issued per guest will coincide with the number of room nights booked. Reserve your activities at your leisure, pre-arrival or during stay.

- Awaken Deep Tissue Massage Relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body with this firm, deep tissue massage, improving flexibility and mobility.
- Thai Massage Combining passive stretching and gentle pressure with the body’s energy lines increases flexibility, relieves muscle and joint tension, and balances the body’s energy systems.
- Muscle Memory Massage Designed for the physically active, focusing on deep tissue work and full range of motion stretches. Ideal for golfers and tennis enthusiasts.
- Soothing Aloe & Lavender Wrap Soothe, cool, calm and hydrate sun-drenched skin with our unique blend of aloe vera and lavender.
- Jamaican Allspice Sugar Scrub Exfoliate with a blend of sugar and allspice. Soothing oatmeal and essential oils are then massaged into your skin leaving it soft and smooth.
- Pro Radiance Cleanse, tone and exfoliate with a line of ELEMIS products.
- Soothing Coconut Milk Soak Refresh your skin in a warm bath of coconut and oat milk.
- Ocean & Oxygen Facial An oxygen marine radiance booster with BHA’s, and antioxidant vitamins C, A and E.
- Hydrating (Manicure & Pedicure Combo) Moisturise dry skin and brittle nails whilst reducing aches and pains with a warm paraffin treatment.

- Boat Ride & Parasailing Two activities included – boat ride along the coast, and parasailing.
- Riding Lesson & Beach Stroll Two activities included – introductory lesson to horse riding followed by a stroll along the beach on horseback.
- Two lessons Private tennis lessons with certified PROs. Duration: 1 hour per lesson
- Round of Golf One round of golf at the Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed 18-hole championship golf course (par-72). Includes cart and caddy.
- Private Coaching Session Receive a private lesson from Spencer Edwards, director of golf. Duration: 1 hour
