Our colourful Chef De Cuisine, Cosimo Riccardi, has introduced dish influences from his hometown, Naples, Italy. He makes use of the natural herbs from our garden, as well as fresh and seasonal vegetables found in Jamaica. All pastas are freshly made in Chef’s kitchen.
Choose an Amalfi Coast speciality of traditional fresh pasta with scallops, prawns and zucchini or Chef Cosimo’s green peas ravioli with parma ham powder, butter and parmesan cheese sauce, complemented by a nice red Chianti.
