Children policy: Children under 12 stay free when sharing room with 2 or more adults (Except December 20 - January 1 - US$60 per child per night) If one child shares with 1 adult then the rates become double - 50% discount on all meal plans for children under 12 - no charge for children under 2
Deposit Policy: 3-nights' room rate
Cancellation Notice: To avoid late cancellation charge of one night's room charge year round (3 nights for Christmas/New Year bookings) please provide prior notice of cancellation as follows.
- Summer - 3 days notice
- Winter - 5 days notice
- Christmas/ New Year - 45 days notice
A minimum stay of 14 nights is required for stays December 20 - January 1. Shorter stays are on request and subject to a surcharge. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for stays February 16 thru 23 and November 19 thru November 25, 2008.
