Spa Policies

Reservations

Advanced reservations are recommended to ensure your preferred treatment and time is available. Same-day reservations and walk-in appointments are always welcomed based on availability.

Cancellations

The spa services you schedule are reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancelling or re-scheduling services less than 4 hours prior to appointment will be charged full price.

Arrival

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. Should you arrive late, your treatment will be modified to maximize your remaining time. We provide locker room amenities, a comfortable robe and spa sandals to wear while at the spa.

Mobile Phones

As a courtesy to our guests and to maintain the integrity of a tranquil spa environment, we ask that all cell phones and PDAs are turned off while at the spa.

Personal Items

We suggest you leave your valuables in the safety deposit box provided in your room. We are not responsible for any lost personal items.

In-Suite Spa Therapies

Many of our spa treatments may be arranged in the comfort of your suite for a minimal additional fee. Please contact the spa to arrange a special service.

Government Tax and Service Charge

A government tax of 8.25% and a service charge of 20% are automatically added to your bill. The service charge is used as a gratuity for your service provider and our support staff. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.
