The large ocean lagoon allows guests to come face-to-face with these fascinating mammals. Trained handlers provide a detailed orientation and education session, introducing participants to the world of the dolphins. Next is the truly exciting experience; guests don life jackets and enter the sea for an adventure with these dorsal friends. Guests are amazed at how close they can get with our resident dolphins and how friendly, intelligent and charming they can be. Beach Encounter
Cost: US $89 per person
This program is specifically geared to young children, non swimmers and those keen to meet a dolphin.
Description
The program lasts for approximately 30 minutes.
After an informative orientation explaining the lifestyle and behaviors of dolphins, participants stand waist high in water and interact with the dolphins. Activates include kissing, petting, touching, swim-bys and a display of echo-location. The dolphins will then perform multiple behaviors guaranteed to thrill and delight.
Age requirements
Children aged 6 years and over pay fill price.
Children aged between 4 and 5 years pay$ 50.00, children aged less then 4 years are free
-ALL MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.
Deep Water Encounter
Cost: US $155 per person
Life jackets are provided for this program.
The next step...swim, out into the dolphins' lagoon for a more in-depth program.
Description
The program lasts for approximately 35 minutes.
After an informative orientation explaining the lifestyle and behaviors of dolphins, participants swim into deep water and interact with the dolphins. Activates include kissing, petting, touching, dancing, hand(fin ) shake, singing and display of anatomy and echo-location.
Age requirements
Children must be aged 8 years and over to participate.
Children aged between 8 and 11 years pay full price and MUST be accompanied by a paying adult
Swim Encounter

Our most popular program. Meet the dolphins and experience their power.
Description
The program lasts for approximately 40 minutes.
After an informative orientation explaining the lifestyle and behaviours of dolphins, participants swim into deep water and interact with the dolphins. Activates include kissing, petting, touching, dancing , hand (fin) shake, singing and a thrilling dorsal pull , foot push or belly ride.
Age requirements
Children must be aged 10 years and older to participate or be 4 feet (48 inches) or taller.
Children under 12 years old pay full price and MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.
Private Swims
Cost: US $400 per person
Life Jackets are provided for this program.
Minimum 2 persons/ Maximum 4 persons
Designed for those who want more quality one-on-one time with the dolphins. Reserve your own private sessions.

You do everything as in the Swim Encounter but with the personal attention of the dolphins and our trainers.

Our photographers will be recording your once in a lifetime experience. Photos, CD's, DVD's and other dolphin souvenirs are available for purchase from our office location in the Royal Pavilion.
Trainer for a Day
Cost: US $890 per person
A maximum of three persons per day.
The Ultimate Dolphin Experience!
Spend the whole day with us and our trainers doing everything a dolphin trainer would do.
You'll take part in the swim first, then see how the dolphin's food is prepared and medicated, of course you will be involved in this.
You'll help clean our beautiful turquoise lagoon and beach then learn the dolphin behaviours. Take part in out Beach Encounter, petting and singing with the dolphins in the shallows.
We'll show you the various records we must keep and how we decide quantities of food and medication the dolphins require.
At the end of the day, you'll be tested on what you’ve learned by actually doing the behaviors with the dolphins in your own private session.
Our photographers will follow your progress throughout the day and was a memento of your wonderful day, you'll receive a certificate, trainer manual, trainer polo shirt, cap, whistle, photo album and photographs and a DVD of your day's experience.

RESTRICTIONS
Each program is structured and an experienced dolphin trainer will be present to direct our guest. Guests are not allowed to swim freely about without the permission of the trainers. Participants must be aged 12 years and over
General Conditions
Jewelry (particularly rings & bracelets) is not allowed as it can scratch and injure the dolphins. Sunscreen lotion (no oil) must be applied one hour prior to the program.

Dolphin Lagoon requires a credit card number to confirm reservations. In the event you need to cancel, the following is our cancellation policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the time of the confirmed reservation are not charged a penalty fee. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the time of the confirmed reservation are subject to 50% of the full charge. No-shows are subject to 100% of the full charge. Trainer for a Day programs must give a full seven day's notice of cancellation."
