Golf

A member of “Great Golf Resorts of the World”, our 18 hole, par-72 award-winning course was designed by famed Robert Trent Jones Sr. Recently renovated by Roger Rulewich, the course also features expert caddies so friendly and fun you will wish you could take them home. Boasting over 7,000 yards of difficult driving areas, and beautifully manicured by our golf staff, it is one of the best walking courses in the Caribbean.

Half Moon also boasts a redesigned 18 hole putting green, located adjacent to Anancy Children's Village and recently started a Night Golf programme especially for groups.

Our Half Moon Golf Academy is the only one of its kind in the region, and it offers the finest golf instruction available.

Anancy Children's Village

Jutting out from the midst of Half Moon’s whitewashed buildings is a bright, colourful fairytale land of huts and cottages emblazoned with the vibrant colours of Jamaica. Borrowing from the characters and experiences in Brer Anancy’s legendary village, each building is named after the characters of these amusing stories.

Activities and programs are age-specific:

The Equestrian Centre

Located near the main entrance of Half Moon, these on-site stables offer horseback riding, show jumping, dressage and the favourite among guests, the Beach Ride.

Tennis & Squash

13 tennis courts, all fully lighted for night play. Courts are located near the Hibiscus Suites area and the Oleander Courtyard area. Also available for guests at Half Moon, are four international squash courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and equipment for each of these sports.

The Dolphin Lagoon

Located near the Royal Pavilion and Sunrise Beach, our natural Dolphin Lagoon is an unforgettable experience that allows you to meet, swim and even kiss the dolphins.

Swimming

Half Moon has 6 resorts pools and over 50 private pools, including an Olympic size lap pool in the Hibiscus Court as well as a swim-up pool bar at the Hibiscus Pool.

Watersports

Complimentary watersports include lilo, paddle boat, single/double kayak.

At a cost watersports include water-skiing, snorkeling, SCUBA diving, parasailing, sailing, glass bottom boat rides, aqua view board, deep-sea fishing and much more.

Fitness Centre

Located across from the tennis courts, our newly refurbished fitness centre offers state of the art equipment.

The Shopping Village

Enjoy a stroll through our Shopping Village, with 36 shops featuring a selection of duty-free items including exquisite gems, jewelry, watches, clothing and alluring perfumes. The Shopping Village houses a number of shops and attractions such as:
